General Information

  • What makes Wailea Point unique?

    Unlike traditional resorts, Wailea Point offers an exclusive 30-day minimum stay policy, ensuring a peaceful and private experience. Guests enjoy premier amenities, easy beach access, and the CoralTree Residence Collection’s signature service, blending the comforts of home with hotel-inspired hospitality.

  • Where is Wailea Point located?

    Wailea Point is located along the Wailea Beach Walk in Maui, Hawaii, with easy access to Wailea Beach and proximity to Wailea’s luxury shopping, dining, and championship golf courses.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    • Check-in: 4:00 PM HST
    • Check-out: 11:00 AM HST

    Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • How do I check in?

    We’ll send your check-in details via email before your arrival so you can settle in with ease. When you arrive please proceed to our Island Host Center for check-in at 34 Wailea Gateway, Suite A102, Wailea, 96753. Our Island Host center is open until 9pm. Need anything? Our team is always here to help! A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for the reservation are required upon check-in.

Cancellation Terms

  • What are the cancellation terms?
    • Travel Dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: 60 days or more notification prior to arrival, 50% deposit will be forfeited.
    • Travel Dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: Less than 60 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
    • For Christmas/New Year’s Period (12/19/25-1/4/26):
      • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be refunded.
      • Cancellation within 90 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds.
  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, a 50% non-refundable security deposit is required at booking. Details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.

  • Is travel insurance recommended?

    To make your trip worry-free, we suggest adding travel insurance for peace of mind in case of any unexpected changes. Our reservation agents can help you select a travel insurance that makes the most sense for your stay. Just give us a call!

    Guests enjoy access to three swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, BBQ areas, and oceanfront walking paths. The property’s lush tropical landscaping creates a serene retreat.

  • Is there a fitness center?

    Yes, Wailea Point features a fully equipped fitness center available for guest use.

  • Does Wailea Point offer dining options?

    While there are no on-site restaurants, Wailea Point is within walking distance of world-class dining options at the Shops at Wailea and nearby resorts like the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons.

  • Is there direct beach access?

    Yes! Wailea Point is steps from Wailea Beach, with a scenic coastal walking path leading to other nearby beaches. Just stroll down to the Wailea Beach Path and you will be playing in the sand in no time!

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • What is included in the housekeeping service?

    Before your arrival, our team ensures your residence is thoroughly cleaned using industry-leading techniques and products. Guests will receive a complimentary mid-stay cleaning each week of their stay, which include:

    • Change of bed linens
    • Replacement of soiled bathroom towels
    • Restocking and cleaning of bathrooms
    • Cleaning kitchen and dishwasher load
    • Trash removal
    • Sweeping and mopping floors
    • Dusting furniture and cleaning tabletops
    • Vacuuming entire residence
    • Cleaning lanai tabletops and floors
  • What should I do if I need maintenance assistance?
